Randy Everett

General Manager

Randy is the general manager of Connect2First Internet, LLC.  He has been part of the electric cooperative family for over 25 years and has acquired a wide range of experience from working in the operations, engineering, and information technology departments. Randy also currently serves as the chief information officer for First Electric Cooperative Corporation.

In his spare time, Randy enjoys hunting, fishing, spending time with family, playing golf, and working on his farm in the Ozark Mountains. Randy is a member of Victory Baptist Church in Cabot, AR where he serves as treasurer and chairman of the trustees.

Randy and his wife, Loyanna are graduates of the University of Central Arkansas and have two children, Anna Kay Everett Roberts and Emma Everett. Anna Kay is also a graduate of UCA and Emma is currently pursuing a degree there.

Candace Looper

Sales and Marketing Manager

Candace is the sales and marketing manager of Connect2First where she supports customer experience and marketing needs. After graduating from Henderson State University, Candace gained over 10 years of management and telecommunication experience supporting retail sales and community engagement.

In her spare time, Candace loves to spend time with her husband, Nathan and son, Caiden. They enjoy exploring the Natural State by going to waterfalls, hiking trails, and searching for new food trucks! Candace is a member of Fellowship Bible Church in Benton, AR where she serves in women’s ministry.

Robby Theodore

Outside Fiber Plant Manager

Robby Theodore serves Connect2First as the outside fiber plant manager where he oversees the engineering, construction and operations of our outside fiber plant. He started with C2F in February 2021, bringing 20 years of telecommunications construction, engineering and operations experience with him. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in business management. He grew up in England, AR and graduated from England High School. He now lives in North Little Rock with his wife, Heather and their two children.
