A program designated by the Federal Communications Commission to help low-income households pay for broadband service and internet-connected devices. The benefit provides a discount of up to $30 per month for eligible households.
Who Can Get It?
An eligible household must meet at least 1 of the criteria listed on the ACPBenefit website.
- Has an income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines
- Participates in certain government assistance programs: SNAP, WIC, SSI, Medicaid, or other ACPBenefit programs
- Federal Public Housing Assistance
- Veterans Pension and Survivors Benefit
- Participate in the Free and Reduced-Price School Lunch or Breakfast Program
- Received a Federal Pell Grant in the current award year
- If you or your child or dependent already receives a Lifeline benefit
What Do You Get?
If your household is eligible, you can receive:
$30
Up to $30 per month discount on your internet service
$100
A 1-time discount of up to $100 for a laptop, tablet or desktop computer (with a co-payment of more than $10 but less than $50)
The Affordable Connectivity Program is limited to one monthly service discount and one device discount per household.

Affordable Basic Plan
Connect2First is proud to participate in Federal Government programs such as the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) to offer a subsidy of up to $30 per month to help qualifying households pay for high-speed internet service.
If you are approved for this program, Connect2First will now offer a new speed of 100 Mbps for only $49.99 before the subsidy is applied. This means, qualifying households approved for ACP can sign up for the Affordable Basic plan for only $19.99 per month.
100 Mbps – $19.99
The Affordable Basic plan includes symmetrical download and upload speeds, unlimited data usage, and C2F-provided equipment for connectivity. This plan is now available for current and new enrollees of ACP or Lifeline. If you’re currently enrolled in either program and you want to lower your speed, contact our team at (833) 411-2234 and select option 2.
